- As a Head Doorman, you are responsible to provide professional and customer-focused service to our guests
Job Responsibilities
- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging serviceEnsure guests are greeted appropriately upon arrival in a warm mannerOpen car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobbyForward all guest complaints or problems to the manager on dutyEnsure that an effective handover is made between duty shifts
Job Requirements
- Already based in the United Arab EmiratesPrevious experience in a similar role will be an added advantageAbility to work well with others in a guest and team-focused environmentVerbal and written English language proficiency is required, with a second language helpfulAbility to stand on your feet for several hours
