Job Position

  • This position is responsible in assisting the daily operational requirements of Cool Zone and Chill Zone

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with enquiries and complaints related to Cool Zone and Chill Zone
  • Assist and maintain accurate and up to date records of all checklists, daily statistics, logbooks and liability forms
  • Maintain and supply water within the Cool and Chill Zone
  • Maintain and supply set-up, cutlery and crockery for daily buffet set-up in the Cool Zone

Job Requirements

  • Timely attendance on daily outdoor rounds
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work surrounding within the Cool Zone and Chill Zone area
  • Ensure proper handover between shifts to the next Cool Zone Coordinator on duty
  • Assist and maintain guest information and notice board, making sure details are accurate, up to date and relevant
