Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for overall culinary operation including purchasing, receiving, storage and product controlHelp plan and implement creative menus
  • Work closely with the executive Sous Chef to assure smooth running in all aspects of the culinary operation
  • Coordinate with Service, Stewarding & Events Team to facilitate excellent communication
  • Ensure the realization of team established quality and service standards

Job Requirements

  • A clear Passion for food and the culinary arts
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management School
  • Certified Trainer for all Food Hygiene Courses and HACCP Courses
  • Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate
