Job Position
- As a Jr
- Educator You are responsible for the safety and stimulation of all the children at Blossom and specifically those in your care
- You will do the following to the best of your ability ensuring connection, optimism and praise flow in your classroom ethos
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and presentational skills Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with administration, staff, consultants, regulators and founders in a team-orientated environment
- Capacity to assume responsibility for own professional development
- Ability to follow structured planning and schedules
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Cache Level 2 or 3, (ongoing or completed)/ equivalent
- Teaching assistants experience of minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework, In the moment planning and child led approach
