Job Position
- The Finishing/Architectural Inspector (Buildings) will ensure the contractors are compliant with the contract documents, coordinate on a daily basis with the other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by the Contractor and process the incoming Inspection Requests and technical submittals, and perform the necessary actions
Job Responsibilities
- Reading and understanding the package contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, health and safety measures, and associated updates
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience working as an architect or architectural inspector on Buildings or Villas construction projects
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of basic design requirements, familiar with construction methodologies and finishes and Building Codes
- Experience in Buildings of all types in particular horizontal development, mixed-use residential and commercial buildings, retail, and hospitality
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Competent at writing reports – can present views clearly and concisely in good written English
