Job Responsibilities
Acts as the first point of contact for new colleagues and their families, to welcome, explain and support them through the processProvide the relevant support documents, handbooks, and onboarding process overviewOperate as policy and process expertDrafts emails and communications during the pre-boarding processEnsures that clear lines of communication and updates are regularly available to incoming colleagues and Line ManagersWork with new colleagues to collate required documentation for employment permit application
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma/Certificate course in Human Resources or equivalentOne to two years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
Alternately, one to two years in a guest facing or customer service role
Excellent English skills – both written and spokenExperience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
