Job Responsibilities
- Handle guest queries/complaints
- Remain aware of incoming VIP's/Special Guests
- Take incoming calls on Bord Eau restaurant service phone promptly
- Maintain Positive Guest Relations
- Accommodate guest requests for change curteously
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communicator
- Ability to put patrons at ease and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
- Passion for driving exceptional levels of customer service
- Presentable & well groomed
- Ability to handle multiple guest queries efficiently
