Job Position
- Oversees and maintains the Vitality and Exquisite Appearance of plants and all landscapes, both in outdoor landscapes and indoor environments
Job Responsibilities
- Executes and monitors the Timely Execution of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities, including planting, treatments, washing, pruning, and trimming
- Maintains Next-Level records and data to ensure a Comprehensive Record of FIVE’s Horticultural Activities
- Enforces company standards to ensure that other FIVE Tribe Members within the team adhere to FIVE's Grooming Standards, creating a Professional Impression for our valued Guests
- Efficiently allocates tasks and provides Supervision to Gardeners to verify that their tasks are carried out with ‘FIVE-Star’ Precision
Job Requirements
- Previous experience 2-3 years in a Luxury Hotel environment is a plus
- An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection
- Next-Level Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights
- Find creative solutions and take ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE
