Job Responsibilities

  • Performing all check-in and check-out tasksManaging online and phone reservationsInforming customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card dataMaintain presence in the reception as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guestsRegister guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar roleService focused personality is essential; customer related experience an assetAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentExcellent communication skills and a professional presentationAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
