Job Responsibilities
Attains and upholds Sanitation Policies mandated by the Dubai Municipality, ensuring a Boundary-Breaking Dining Atmosphere that Exceeds Standards
Leads by example through a passionate and Hands-On Approach, remaining visible and aiding FIVE Tribe Members in all aspects of the operation to foster a Sensational Guest Experience
Demonstrates Personal Ownership and responsibility for promoting an efficient operation, displaying a Visionary Mindset
Proactively familiarises oneself with daily Financial Results in the dining destinations and the overall Hotel, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or a similar field
Previous experience in a Food Safety and Hygiene Department within a Luxurious 5-Star Hotel Group is an Essential Requirement
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Hospitality and Food Production Industry
Demonstrated expertise in HACCP, ISO22000 and UAE Food Safety Regulations and Standards
Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills, fostering seamless interaction with FIVE Tribe Members and stakeholders
