The office administrator’s role will include but not limited for working closely with our field service and planning team by handling clerical duties, coordinating, and organizing the mobilization and travel requirements for the field service personnel
Job Responsibilities
Ensuring that all Personnel documents are up to date
Arranging travel related requirements Booking/Changes Flights and HotelsActing as Delegation officer for field service personnel and ensuring all documents are valid
Co-ordination with counterparts in delegation center and do all required submission for proper mobilization
Supporting with visa documents and ensuring that visas are valid for all personnel
Job Requirements
BA Degree or Diploma holder from recognized university or college
Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years in planning, office administration or process Advanced knowledge in office application toolsAdvanced knowledge of English written and spoken
