Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceGreet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followedAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Proficient in the English language (written & spoken)Fluency in Russian language is a mustMust be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications an assetMust be able to type 25 words per minuteMust possess a professional presentation Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamHospitality Diploma is an assetMust be flexible in terms of working hoursMust have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately
