The Rooms Executive will work closely and assist the Director of Resort Operations with various operational projects, manage repeat guest program, handle complex guest complaints, and assist Rooms Division colleagues whenever is required

Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality training or related field
Must be service oriented individual with good decision-making capability
College degree on any related hospitality course admirable
Excellent administration, planning and analysis skills
Must be able to adapt and show flexibility to the team and the requirements of the business and have ability to prioritize and organize effectively and delegate task where necessary
