The Ecommerce Catalogue Executive is responsible for effectively driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product reception to publishing online, overlooking assortment, stock and price of own bought and concession brands
Job Responsibilities
Act as the POC for all product related matters for Own Bought and Concession brands
He/she will be responsible of identifying, tracking and resolving daily operational issues across multiple services and system environmentsAlign all upstream and downstream teams to ensure inventory arrives on time, items are set up and activated on time, product launches and special events are tested, go live and end on the correct datesContinuously audit and monitor the product data, inventory stocks and price to compare product information in the different systems and platforms and ensure accurate data is available in line with the physical store
Job Requirements
2-4 years experience in the Catalogue function of an Ecommerce Retail businessStrong analytical approach to problem solving and tech systems skills and tools – strong proficiency in Excel and integrated software applications (Ecom Platform, ERP, PIM etc
) preferredExperience in supply chain management, product lifecycle management in a retail businessCapable of proposing practice, end to end process and quality improvements
