The Director of Student Employment will direct the drive to deliver world leading student employment programmes in GEMS schools as part of the GEMS For Life programme
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with the Corporate Heads of Departments, school clusters across our region and School Local Advisory Boards, and subsequently, our network of partners who have frequent contact with industry to develop and implement strategies for Student Employment services at GEMS
Oversee the corporate partnering processes and ensure schools are supported with toolkits and resources to provide tangible results for our students
Oversee the success of the GEMS Employment services and ensuring the correct tools and resources are used at our schools to give GEMS students the best career insights and professional experiences through industry
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree as a minimum qualification
In-depth knowledge of national, regional and global education sector
Significant experience in identifying and maintaining corporate relationships, preferably in sales and business development, account management or similar role
Experience of delivering strategic plan and accountability for implementing it across a large organisation
