As part of the Flights Commercial Team, you will have the responsibility of looking after our partners throughout the Middle East
You will be responsible for identifying new partners and opportunities, cultivating a relationship with them, and working together with them to deliver the best outcome for our end customers
Job Responsibilities
Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals;Overseeing the Flights partners and performance in your market; including commercial negotiations, operations, pricing and availability;Regularly interacting with other team members in the Flights Commercial Team as well as with other Flights stakeholders within Agoda (Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Tax) providing partner, industry, market and product insights;Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with air suppliers and key business partners overall;
Job Requirements
OTA experience covering multiple aspects (Product knowledge, Operations, Commercial negotiations, Legal) preferred orFlights industry experience in multiple domains such as supply/distribution, user experience, marketing, customer service, tax, legal, etc
;Proven ability to leverage analytics and data to inform and influence decision-making;Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English
Expert business communication in local language (Arabic a plus);
