Job Position

  • Act as a close partner to the Boutique Director/Manager and actively participate in the success of your boutique
  • Your strong experience allows you to lead the operational and administrative topics, enhancing the performance of the Back-Office team
  • You lead by example and act as a Manager in the absence of the Boutique Manager / Director and other Deputies

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational activities of the boutique (back office and administration)Responsible for strategizing innovative KPIs to optimize operationsContribute & participate to the Operations Management community representing your boutique, where you collectively design the retail improvement required to elevate Cartier as a BrandEnsure the optimal model stock at all timesEnsure efficient daily stock managementManage all inventories (annual counts, cycle counts, and spot counts
