At check-in point/at the counter
Issue test result certificate
Collect cash for tests conducted
Registration of vehicle
Guides the customer correctly
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for correct data entry from Customer’s Documents
To ensure that the correct information required by RTA is also entered in the system for proper processing for testing and registration purpose
Cash Handling: Responsible for all cash transactions at the counter where applicable, and tallying of cash with the system printouts at the end of the shift and safe handing over of the same to Site Manager
Job Requirements
Should be holding a passed certificate from a recognized Higher Secondary School or Minimum 1 or 2 years of work experience in a similar position
Should be computer literate and fluent in spoken and written Arabic
Should be able to speak in basic English
Should be well-groomed, well mannered and cordial with customers of all nationalities
