Job Position

  • You will be working as Contracts & Tendering Manager, will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions division based in Dubai, UAE
  • In this role you will be responsible to create and complete bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specification or customer requirements/budget

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the preparation of all financials (total price sheet, cash flow analysis), project management (quantifies hours of engineering and commissioning)
  • Identifying the overall execution strategy with product marketing director taking into account risk, pricing, scope and schedule Identifying the contract baseline
  • Including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract highlights areas of potential risk
  • Collecting and archiving documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taken during the development process, keeping a track of win / loss analysis and market price per segment, keeping track record of all contractual letters and responses in coordination with legal department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree – Electrical Engineering8 to 10+ years of experience in Letter of credits warranty, bonds format, technical knowledge of SS products and tendering skillsKnowledge of local market (UT/OG/Infra) sectors, knowledge of the local competition products in electrification solution and knowledge of the local authority requirements and country lawFluency in English language is mandatory
