Job Position
- Rixos Marina Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes or special dietary requirements
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing and artistic manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in all stages of food preparation and handling
Job Requirements
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
- Cope with standing for long hours and with heavy lifting
- Able to work in cold conditions
- Be comfortable handling raw meat, animal tissue and meat products
