As a Chef de Partie in In Room Dining, you will manage and organize the miseen place for your respective section, producing the highest food quality at all times
Job Responsibilities
As a perfectionist in the kitchen you will assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organize all kitchen requirements to the highest standards in accordance to the standard operating procedures
In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to support the Sous Chef in creating exciting new dishes and recipes
Job Requirements
Ideally, we’d love you to have a Diploma in Catering or 3-5 years experience in a luxury 5-star international chain
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, hold health and safety certification, completed an apprenticeship program or have been a chef’s trainee for at least 2 years
