Job Responsibilities
Ensure that all cash tills are ready for trade at all times and that they are suitably manned in order to deliver effective customer serviceResponsible for preparing duty schedules for cashiers and general helpersSupervise the day to day operations within the cash department that includes handling customer issues and refund queriesEnsure that all cashiers are able to deliver timely customer service and support them with barcodes, price corrections and over writingsPromptly handle any queue issues and address any customer queries and complaints
Job Requirements
At least 2-3 years of relevant Experience in retail market and knows how to handle/operate cash register and manage team
At least Graduate or Diploma Sensible & smart in communication and problem solving skillsFlexible and capable to manage team and work pressure
