Job Position
- To achieve the daily sales targets for inbound and outbound calls while selling individual insurance coverages (Motor, Travel, Home, Medical)
Job Responsibilities
- The employee is required to achieve the daily sales targets for inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure to adhere to the level of productivity prescribed
- To answer all calls in a consistent and professional manner as per desired level of Customer Service
- Feedback and improvement will be implemented where necessary
- To provide customers with accurate information as per the company’s guidelines of all products and countries
Job Requirements
- Prior telephone sales experience (inbound and outbound) being a top performer (average of 100 calls/day) for at least 1 year
- Secondary education preferred
- Self-disciplined, organized and driven for success
- Strong sales background is a must
