To develop new business, increase sales and revenue in the Manpower Outsourcing industry
Job Responsibilities
Maintain extensive knowledge of the Construction Industry and of the current market conditionsUnderstand key areas of Transguard’s business, that need to be included in sales pitches with key differentiatorsUnderstand key competitors and actively seek information and intelligence on their solutions and servicesDevelop key client target lists with the aim of securing revenue and salesReview any client documentation such as RFP’s, scope of work, tender documents and provide input to the bid teamWork with pricing team to ensure all information is captured to price and seek relevant approvals before any quote or bid submissionProvide weekly and monthly reports to the Director – Business Development and monthly sales forecasts to the Business Units within the required recruitment notice periodsEnsure a healthy pipeline that is significantly higher in revenue that your sales targetsAchieve / exceed aggressive sales targetsApproach and attract new clients by targeting key decision makers and arranging meetings to pitch TG servicesWork with internal business units and team members to create solutions to clients’ needsIdentifying and researching opportunities that arise in new/ existing marketsPrepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clientsDevelop good positive partnerships with current and potential clients and act as the primary Point of Contact for all sales related queriesStrict adherence to Salesforce processesOversee the entire contract negotiations between client, Legal and Commercial, providing input to support internal decisionsStrictly adhere to the order validation processCross sell other services that TG can provide to clients
Job Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills and fluent in EnglishCommercially aware with the ability to negotiate terms and conditionsDemonstrate the ability to think creatively and strategically
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time and follow all TG processesSelf-motivated, resilient and target drivenThe ability to develop strong internal relationships with internal teams and colleaguesExperience with preparing a financial summary for pricingKnowledge of the Construction Manpower Outsource industryProficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as sales forceUnderstanding and knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations is essential
