Change Resource & Capacity Management – Assistant Vice President is accountable to support all CPMO & Change related Skill mapping and utilization and Program resourcing masterplan for the Central Program Management Office
Job Responsibilities
Create a Resourcing Masterplan and continuously adjust plan to understand resourcing on projects and programs bank- wideDevelop and activate playbook and onboarding session for new employees to Central PMO OfficeChange Management Resourcing across programsLaunch and pilot prioritised talent actions and quick wins to create delivery ready talent poolAssess current project/ program talent against emerging talent needsSupport Portfolio Heads in Central PMO for resource utilisation on the programs – Skills, Capacity & load
Job Requirements
Mandatory: University Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or equivalentPreferred: MBA or equivalent Master’s degreeTotal experience of 6-8 years managing an HR or Marketing departmentExperience in creating content for learning and communicationsExperience in managing the team size of more than 1-3 people
