To act as the day to day/secondary point of contact for the delivery of the HR services to the assigned key accounts, working with the Account Manager
Ensure the customers expectation are exceeded with exceptional service delivery standards, ensuring all operations are in line with the standard operating procedures
Job Responsibilities
Understand the day-to-day running and maintaining each account; this includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and establish / monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the contractsCoordinate and manage, with Finance, all of the invoicing required for all accounts, including following up payments Stipulate fees that need to be charged to the individual client accountsWith the Account Manager, develop a good working relationship with the client and attend regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contractEnsure that day-to-day operations are delivered within the agreed timeframes, escalate to the Account Manager any issues
Job Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a similar positionExperience in Account Management in the staffing industry
