Job Responsibilities
Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each of the assigned accountsEnsure that customer queries are responded to within the agreed time framesEnsure all contact with the client is done in a professional manner and upholding the expected standardsUnderstand how the individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule in order to meet the deadlines
