As a Clerk, Housekeeping, you will ensure the coordination of the Housekeeping department is monitored and kept updated via notice boards, standard reports, verbal and written communication to the respective areas as per resort standards
Ensuring all requests to the Housekeeping department is handled in an efficient and in timely manner
You will constantly monitor and update room status, discrepancies and maintenance
Ensure to notify concerned parties of any hold ups in turnover of rooms which could adversely affect the Guest experience
Requirements
Ideally, we would love if you have previous experience in a similar role in Housekeeping
You need to have excellent English communication skills, computer skills and strong administrative abilities
