  • Director Colleague Residences
  • The Director, Colleague Residences is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our colleague accommodation. Ensuring that Atlantis Dubai provides accommodation that is well maintained, clean and safe, whilst ensuring a good quality of life and community.

Requirements

  • This is a diverse role which leads a large team covering arrivals and room allocation, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B in our colleague dining facilities, Transportation, managing the annual budget, OS&E, and any external services, as well as social activities. This role plays a pivotal part in our colleague welfare and engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience at leadership level, managing large teams within hospitality operations, Resourceful, Solutions orientated and able to collaborate with a diverse mix of stakeholders.
