Responsibilities
- Recording of petty cash expenses including employee reimbursements
- Review and booking of petty cash expenses including employee expense claim reimbursements
- Checking and validation of all the supporting invoices submitted
- Accurate recording in Oracle including correct VAT treatment
- Validation and processing of payments through Cash, Credit Card, Cheque and Bank Transfer
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Qualified Accountant/Treasurer
- MS Office Suite
- Oracle Strategic planning
